Ingredients
2 - 3 Tbsp Miso Paste (I prefer the Dashi variety)
1/2 tsp Chicken bullion
3 cups of water
1 tsp of crushed Ginger
2 tsp of crushed/minced garlic
Splash of Fish Sauce
Preferred allotment of sesame oil
Choice of noodles.
Directions
Combine ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to simmer.
Cook noodles in separate pan according to package directions.
Additions
Add 1 tsp of Rice Cooking Wine or Sake
Add 1 tsp of Mirin
Add preference of soy sauce
Add variety of toppings (Ajitama, menma, green onions, red onions, shredded carrots, pickled daikon and carrots, nori, etc.)
