Apple Cinnamon Bread

Ingredients

2 apples - chopped finely

2/3 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup white sugar

1/3 cup melted butter

2 Tbsp neutral oil

1 Egg

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1 Tbsp Cinnamon

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp Salt

1.5 cup Flour

1/3 cup Milk


Directions

Combine butter, oil, and sugar into a bowl and mix.

Add vanilla and egg. Mix until combined.

Add milk slowly and mix. Don't pour in all at once.

Add in dry ingredients slowly until incorporated.

Fold in chopped apples. I like to sprinkle apples with extra cinnamon.

Pour batter into a parchment lined bread pan and cook for 30-45 minutes at 350° F.

Poke center with toothpick or knife to check if cooked thoroughly.
