Walter's Pizza Dough

Ingredients

2 cups Bread Flour

1/2 tsp Sugar

1 tsp Yeast

1 tsp Salt

3/4 cup of warm water

1 Tbsp Olive Oil


Directions

Mix all ingredients until combined and a dough forms.

Flour surface and knead.

Set to rest in a bowl coated with the olive oil.

Cover bowl with a lid or moist towel and let dough rise for about an hour.

Once risen, flour surface and knead once more.

Shape into flat round and move onto pizza pan.

Add sauce and toppings and bake at 400° F for 10-15 minutes.
