Baked Tofu

Ingredients
Firm Tofu - 1 block
~1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
Directions
Place tofu in container and lay piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap on top.
Place a heavy glass container on top of tofu and let rest for a few hours or overnight to drain as much water from the block as possible.
Preheat oven to 400° F
Slice soy block into cubes and coat with soy sauce. Let tofu marinade until all soy sauce has been absorbed.
Bake for 30 minutes.
I typically served this with the Pad Thai Sauce.
