Butter Mochi

If you like mochi and you like brownies or blondies, you will love this.


Ingredients

5 Tbsp melted unsalted butter

1 cup of white sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

2 cups Mochiko Flour (Rice Flour)

1 tsp baking powder

1 can of coconut milk (400 mL or 14 oz)

1/2 cup Milk


Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F

Combine wet ingredients

Combine dry ingredients

Mix wet and dry together

Layer a brownie pan with parchment paper so it covers all sides.

Pour in batter.

Bake for 1 hour.
