Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
*Quantities vary depending on how much you would like. I make a massive salad and eat it throughout the week.*
1/2 head Green cabbage
1/3 head Red/Purple Cabbage
2 Large Carrots - julienned or store bought match-stick carrots
Red Onion - thinly sliced
1 head lettuce - chopped to preference
Dressing Ingredients
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tsp Lime or lemon juice
1/8 cup water
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
If you have a food processor with a slicing attachment USE it!
Thinly slice all ingredients and combine in large bowl.
Combine dressing ingredients and coat veggies.
Additions
Daikon
Parsnips
Add chicken strips or chicken nuggets for protein!
It's great and super simple! I love having it with the chicken nuggets too! Lol
