Crustless Quiche

Ingredients

1 cup milk

1/4 melted butter

(Can substitute 1 cup of cream in place of milk and butter)

6 eggs

1-2 bunches of silverbeet (swiss chard) - chopped and sauteed prior to adding.

1/2 cup chopped bell pepper

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 Tbsp minced garlic

Pepper to preference

1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese



Directions

Preheat oven to 350F (180 C)

Combine milk, butter and eggs into a mixing bowl.

Fold in vegetables, garlic and pepper.

Pour mixture into a 1-2in deep baking dish (I line mine with a silicone mat for easy cleanup).

Sprinkled cheese over the top of mixture.


Additions

Add tater tots, sliced hashbrowns or chopped store-bought hashbrowns.

Add meat or other veggies of choice.

Serve with on it's own or with sriracha and ketchup!
