Ingredients
1 lb ground pork
1 Tbsp ginger
1 Tbsp garlic (1 clove)
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp Chinese 5 Spice
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
2 1/2 cups shredded cabbage and carrots
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
2 Tbsp water
1 quart Canola oil for frying
Egg roll wrappers (store bought or homemade - your choice)
Directions
Combine all ingredients, try not to over-mix and stir in one direction.
Take ~2 Tbsp portion of meat mixture and roll into wrapper.
Place raw egg roll into heated oil and cook until crispy golden brown on all sides.
