Garlic Butter Sauce

Ingredients

2 Tbsp butter

1 Tbsp minced garlic

1/2 onion chopped

1/2 onion sliced

1/2 cup (4oz) white wine (Chardonnay)

Salt and Pepper

Small tomato chopped

3 sprigs of fresh parsley

Angel Hair pasta

Fresh basil


Directions

Saute butter, garlic and chopped onions until onions are translucent over medium heat.

Bring pot of water to boil on side to cook angel hair pasta.

Add sliced onions and white wine.

Simmer and stir.

Add salt, pepper, and chopped tomato.

Continue to saute, then taste and add seasonings as needed.

Add chopped parsley and pasta.

Plate and top with sliced basil.
