Hummus

Ingredients

1 can of chickpeas (or boiled chickpeas)

2 Tbsp Tahini

2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1-2 tsp Cumin

1 tsp Oregano

1 tsp Salt

1/3 cup of Olive Oil - may need more.


Directions

Place all ingredients into food processor and blend.

Add additional olive oil, tahini and/or lemon juice for desired thickness.


Additions

Add sriracha, lemon pepper, garlic, onion powder, paprika, red chili flakes, etc.

I always top mine with sambal olek for extra spice!
