Microwaved Chocolate Cake in a Coffee Cup

Ingredients
3 Tbsp Flour (Walter and I prefer glutinous rice flour)
1 Tbsp Hot cocoa mix (can substitute cocoa powder, but will need to increase sugar)
2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp Baking powder
3 Tbsp Milk
1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
Combine thoroughly in coffee cup.
Microwave for 1 minute.
If still jiggly, microwave for 15 second intervals until cooked.
