Crepes for two.

Ingredients
1/3 cup of Flour
1/2 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 cup Milk
pinch of salt
1 egg
Directions
Combine ingredients.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter into heated pan.
Remove from heat and swirl batter until evenly coats the pan.
Return to heat and cook until underside is lightly brown.
Flip with spatula or fingers and cook until lightly browned.
Additions
Add vanilla to batter.
Top with fruits.
Once cooked thinly spread preferred jam, jelly, marmalade, etc and roll.
