Ingredients
2 heads of broccoli
1 head of cauliflower
2 cups of shredded carrots
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
2 cups Panko or general breadcrumbs
1 egg
Seasoning: salt, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, italian seasoning.
Directions
Steam vegetables and chop in food processor.
Place mixture into bowl.
Stir in eggs, seasonings and Panko.
Combine and form into tots.
Bake for 30 minutes at 375° F or until golden brown.
