Ingredients
4 Tbsp Brown Sugar
3 cups All Purpose Flour
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2.5 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 tsp Yeast
2 Tbsp Milk Powder
1 tsp salt
Directions
Combine ingredients and knead until dough forms.
Let rest and rise for one hour in oiled bowl covered with wet cloth.
Bake 350° F for 25-30 minutes.
We made our bread in a Zojirushi Bread Maker! Forgot to take a pic of the final product!
